2 med onions
3 T fat
3 (16 oz) cans whole kernel corn
2 (16 oz) cans tomatoes
crackers or 12 slices toast
1 lb cheese, sliced
Fry onions in fat until brown. Add corn, tomatoes, and
seasonings, heat. When hot, add cheese, stir until melted. Serve on crackers or
toast.
To make Gluten Free use gluten free crackers or bread.
