These are some misc. substitutes that can come in real handy.
- Light Corn Syrup 1 cup + 1 Tbsp granulated sugar & 1/4 C water
- Dark Corn Syrup 1 cup + 1 Tbsp brown sugar & 1/4 cup water
- Gluten & dairy free maple syrup or honey can also be used as a corn syrup replacer
Molasses use honey as a straight swap or use slightly less golden syrup than the recipe calls for as this is a little sweeter than molasses 1 cup margarine = 3/4 cup oil
