3 lbs Hamburger
3 cans vegetable soup (10 oz)
1 onion
3 cups dry minute rice
1 cup water
Brown meat and onion. Season, cover with soup. Add rice and
water stir to combine and heat through until rice is tender.
This is a one pot dish. It serves roughly 12 people with ¼
lb of hamburger per person. It's a meal that works well when camping. I
recently got to prepare it as part of the training I went through for scouts.
